Made it back from my long trip, and managed not to gain! I don't think I'm going to drop 4+ pounds in less than a week, but I didn't gain while I was on vacation, and that's an awesome thing. :)

Good evening everyone!!
DH and I are talking about going back to trying to lose a pound a week for the next 12 weeks, hopefully that'll get me where I want to be, I never thought it would be such a struggle to get out of the 160s...sigh...just gonna keep trying, one of these times I'll make my goal!

TrayTeam I'm in the same boat! My exercise has been really consistent, but my eating has been off and inconsistent. Like you though, I've been eating nutritious and well.
