It's wonderful to read how people are doing. The support system here is amazing.
Down 2 more pounds 154 now. (3 lbs total lost) It feels good. Nachos and salsa were calling me last night while I was watching a movie, but I had a handful of frozen blueberries instead. Baby steps. My back was really sore for some reason all week so I haven't been working out before work. It's better now so I've started my workouts again today. Good luck to everyone and keep up the good work. |
Stubbornly stillllllllllllllll at 69kg when last I checked. Weighing in tomorrow for the Halloween challenge, hoping to be solidly between the 68 and 69 tick marks on the scale...which is still technically 69, but in a much less cranky way. lol
wantochange you're more than halfway to your Aug goal AND you resisted nachos? Sounds like a fantastic day to me! Plus, blueberries are hardly a shabby consolation prize. I'm a bit of a fruit fiend though... :) Glad to hear your back is feeling better. |
Howdy I hope September is going to be as effective as July for me personally I lost 11lbs throughout July.
My own purpose intended for September to become 169lbs ( to determine that will "6" from the middle). |
