Okay I am starting this month off better than the others. LOL You ladies are doing awesome! Keep going.

You got it Easily and thank you for joining.. I wrote that message and wasn't thinking clearly (was never good with explaining myself correctly LOL).. so I think I corrected it and HEY every lb off is 1 less collective lb we all have to lose I say! :) I bet since you wooshed....... your body is ready to shed more! :)

I usually only update this thread once a month so I'll let you guys know next month how I did ;) I'm tracking my weight daily in another thread for the month of July.

Okee ladies... I have a trip planned to Finland in 8 1/2 weeks... I need to kick some butt here before that. I have maintained since mid February.... no more!! I will aim to lose 1 1/2 pounds per week before my trip and get close to my goal! -- Now I have to because I wrote it out :)
