I know its not year end quite yet but here are my results:

I started the year out at 177 even, I would love to finish it at 160.

Not much of a loss but managed to maintain over 80lb loss I'll take it :) Happy new year everyone.

Well I wanted to see 150 or less by 12/31. I came close then blew it this month. I weighed in today at 165.4

I didn't reach my goal but I am quite happy with my year! I've lost about 33 pounds, 3 dress sizes, and so many inches. My goal for 2015 is to reach 150 which is a heslthy weight for my height.

I am hoping to lose 40 lbs this year. That is 3.33 lbs a month. I'm joining this challenge on 2/26 at 216.8. The year started at 231 and the goal for 12/31 is 191.

January + February Total Loss: -14.2 Average Monthly loss = -7.1
March Total Loss: -.6 Average Monthly loss = -4.93
April Total Loss: -1.4 Average Monthly loss = -3.24
May Total Loss: -1.5 Average Monthly loss = -2.95

July Total Loss: -1.4 Average Monthly loss = -3.02

Congratulations to you all! We all LOST weight this year and that is just AWESOME! I agree.... 2015 will be the year for us all!

Sum, I'm so sorry to hear about your back :hug: Take care of yourself Lady :hug:

I loss weight this year but it saddens me that I could be at my first goal had I not blown December. I knew better but just kept eating like it was ok. Now seeing the numbers that could have been make me just a little sad and mad. But hopefully it's a lesson learned and I won't sabotage myself again. Here's to a Great 2015 in all aspects of it. :)
