yesterday's calories: 1600 yesterday's exercise: 1h stationary bike today's weigh-in: 78,7kg (173.5lbs) change: +1,0kg (+2.2lbs) good morning :) scale is crazy! Seriously. Right now I don't really care though. I hope I can go run later in the afternoon. Anyways - yesterday my sister and I took our annual pictures with our Christmas baking, and considering it's pretty much the same pose as last year, I must say I do look pretty awesome. My momma is really proud :) kelijpa I think it's pretty much impossible to gain 4lbs over night, so yep, water!! No worries :) Jacqui_D you're totally welcome ;) I think the important thing for me is to start the day with the thought of making it a good one with food and exercise. Posting here reminds me of that!! :) pnkrckpixikat I really like school and what I'm studying, but right now I really lack motivation. My plan is to make a study guide for the next 2 weeks that I'll work on while at my parents'. I mean, I carried the books here, might as well look into them ;) Well done on being so successful in school! BFR congrats on the clothes being baggy, that is a great feeling, now you have to make sure you remember your belt lol. I love taquitos especially from this place in SoCal, I only get them once a year..boo hoo...when I go out to visit, one is really like two, homemade, yummy, good thing they are thousands of miles away, I'd be there now :rofl:

BFR loose clothes are an awesome indicator that things are working! Mexican food would be my downfall alot more if I had a place here in Dallas like the places in San Diego and Salt Lake City. The Texas mexican food joints all taste bland, or like chili powder and not much else. It saves my diet alot I am sure!

Not to worry, we had our healthy greens dish with the soy sauce last night. I almost always get a sodium bump the next day.

Well, Christmas Eve :) I won't be counting calories the next 2 days, but I'll still check in. My family is having Raclette for dinner tonight, we only have that once a year so I'm really looking forward to it. Also, :xcheer: with my family :) Lyn77 yeah, my mom is crazy proud I'm not that big anymore. Actually, my entire family is. So it's cool. Yay for being a quarter German :) Hope you'll feel better. And I'm sure we'll both make goal in 2014!! watchoutforthatcar if you stick to your plan, I'm sure you'll make your goal. Good luck! pnkrckpixikat yep, the downward trend is what matters. losing .7 is awesome! I made my study guide yesterday, and I'll start working on it today. I'm only halfway through the semester, so I really need to start putting my butt down and studying.
