yesterday's calories: didn't count yesterday's exercise: -- today's weigh-in: 78,6kg (177.7lbs) change: +1kg (+2.2lbs) good morning :) I am really glad that Christmas is over - my weight shocked me today. Well, I'm back to eating on my plan. I have my class reunion to go to tonight though, so will be drinking a lot. But my plan for today is getting the food right. have a great day :) |
I weighed in today and oh my :-) I just had to laugh. I don't think I'll be reaching my December challenge weight before the end of this month... I know it's not all fat (though I'm sure a small part of it is) and I'm not mentally freaking out about it. I'm actually feeling terribly happy.
I'll put in some effort before the year changes, but I'm not expecting miracles. I hope you've all had a lovely time and that the rest of the year is treating you kindly. |

I guess I'm getting my end of the month whoosh, plus my after holiday whoosh - same thing happened after Thanksgiving!! (then I gained 2 lbs back) I give up trying to figure it out. I only have a couple more holiday parties this year (Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday) then I have nothing for like weeks. How did the holidays go so quickly????

Happy Friday!!! I have been very busy with the holidays and apparently eating like a pig. I started out December at 159...and currently am at 159. I am not going to make my goal...unless I lose some drastic water weight. But all in all I am happy. For the first time in many years I didn't gain 10 pounds the month of December...and that is a small victory. There are still 5 days left to the month. We'll see where that takes me. Glad to read that so many of you did well over Christmas.

yesterday's calories: 1500 + alcohol yesterday's exercise: 60min run (10k) today's weigh-in: 79,3kg (174.8lbs) change: -1,3kg (-2.9lbs) good morning :) I did improve my 10k time by 2 minutes yesterday :) the weather was gorgeous. clear blue sky and I didn't even have to wear a jersey under my jacket. My class reunion was neat :) Seriously, I'm always a little anxious about going, but in the end there is alcohol and then it's a good time. I was complimented on my weight loss a lot. I think my sister collected me sleeping in the kitchen last night, and I just woke up wearing jeans and all. Yay alcohol. And yay for what my scale said! okay, my head hurts so I'll go feel sorry for myself now. Take care everyone! |

I bumped back up this morning :( I went for a run yesterday though and my entire back is sore, I guess I tense up a lot when I run?
