  • Hi All!! I just joined the weight loss challenge today and I figured what better way to meet that challenge then to join this one....my goal for this month is 1500 minutes....this is my month so far....

    I'm new to this but this seems like a great way to stay accountable!!!

    December goal is 1500 minutes
    Minutes so far: 600 minutes

    1- 35 minutes of Cardio
    2- 45 minutes of Walking
    3- 45 minutes of Cardio and 20 minutes of Walking
    4- 30 minutes of Cardio and 40 minutes of Walking
    5- 40 minutes of Walking
    6- 45 minutes of Cardio and 30 minutes of Walking
    7- 30 minutes of Walking

    8- 35 minutes of Cardio, 30 minutes of Weights and 45 minutes of Walking (Great day!!! )
    9- 40 minutes of Cardio, 40 minutes of Weights, 10 minutes of Stretching and 20 minutes of Walking
    10- 20 minutes of Walking (No gym )

  • So I've been off the wagon for a while...here I am again...My goal for this month is to exercise 3 days a week so

    -1 day of 30 day shred
    -danced for 4 hours...lost 2 lbs so I'm counting it.
    -cathe friech express afterburn I had a stich for almost the whole workout, but I did it...
