I did not realize it has been 10 days since I logged into this challenge, and this is my first report. I think I need to start reporting in daily like yall do.
My goal was 30 legg lifts 4 times a week, and walk 1/2 mile a day, adding more if I could.
The first day I walked, measured the walk and it was 5/8 mile. It went fairly easy, so the next day I added 3/8 mile to make it 3/4 mile, and walked that every day except two, one when I just could not get it done before dark, and the second a few days ago when we had a terrible wind and sand storm all day and night. Much of the time the sun was not visable due to the sand in the air. Plus it was what to us was bitter cold, about 40 degrees. With the wind blowing around 50-60 mph, sand and that cold I just was not going to walk. Then yesterday I just did not have the time to. I have been very busy either working around here or going to do some electrical service calls.
Today I walked, and made it 2 1/2 miles. I belive I am going to start walking the 2 1/2 miles per day.
The leg lifts, which were to be 30 on each leg 4 times a week, I just have not done but three times. The first time I did 60 twice with my left leg, and 45 and a repetition of 30 with my right leg. The second time it was 60 each leg, and 15 situps.
Today was 60 x two reps each leg of leg lift and 30 times x 2 reps of lifting both legs up at the same time.
I hope to be able to start getting in the leg lifts daily plus some situps with the 2 1/2 mile walk and start doing something else with it.
