But I am losing again and had a good feeling when I got up this morning. I am grateful for all of the support and inspiration in this thread. |

I had a nasty fall off my bike this evening and have bruised my ribs and have a nice purple leg coming out. My cat keeps climbing on my leg and it is sore sore sore. Can safely say there will be no workout tomorrow morning, so will have to be extra disciplined this weekend. I love cycling to work - very very glad I wear a helmet though! yesterday's calories: 1600 yesterday's exercise: you are your own gym w1 today's weigh-in: 80,0kg (176.2lbs) change: no change good morning everyone :) I did the Mark Lauren video last night, the strength workout. It's hard, but I was able to modify the exercises I couldn't do. I'll keep at it and soon I will though ;) What I really liked about it was that he starts breathing hard during the exercises and is sweating and takes water breaks - whereas most other videos the girls always look perfect and happy and fly through everything. So that was nice. I want to run today, so I hope it stops raining at some point. kelijpa well done getting your water in! I have no idea how much 64oz are but I'll just assume it's good!! ;) also, nice drop! wannaskipandlaugh glad to see you lost the French fries weight so quickly :) boatingmommy I think not gaining is always a win ;) Turtle11 6 months are a long time -- awesome dedication!
