November half way gone and I've only lost 2# :(
I was down to 191.8 on Monday but bounced up to 194 on Tuesday!:?: Down to 192.8 today. I'm not changing my tracker! I'm determined it will be true again by the end of the week! :dust: |

The good news is that I weighed in today and I lost 1 pound! The bad news is that the month is half over and I'm only down 2.5. The 210's are starting to look like they're going to be around for a while. I'm going to focus on the good news :)

Not happy. Yesterday must have been an optical illusion, because when I stepped on the scale this morning, it again read 139. As you might imagine, I had a few choice words for my scale! :tantrum:

I don't mind being up if I know where it's coming from, but a 3lbs gain overnight without cause really makes me :(. Well, let's hope it'll be gone just as quick :) I have my stitches from the wisdom teeth pulled this afternoon, and I'll be cleared for exercise :) So I'll go for a run later :carrot: It is really cold over here, but I am excited :D LfChanges I'm sure it's just water! You'll be down soon. And exercising with the family sounds like so much fun!! Even though my sister is crazy skinny, she hates exercise, so that'll never happen for me ;) kelijpa nice drop, well done! :carrot: cincorn don't worry about only having lost 2lbs.
