Good to see you back, Sum!!! Okay, I officially really-really-really-dislike exercise ("hate" is such a strong word), lol! I wish I had a better attitude toward it. It seems like it would make it so much easier. Of course, I am very grateful to be able to do it, especially considering I have rheumatoid arthritis, but I just don't like it. It's like being grateful for having a job but you don't really like the job. I try, but exercise for me is a chore, pure and simple. It doesn't seem so bad when I'm able to get outside and walk in nice weather, but that's as good as it gets, "not so bad," lol! That is why I am so thankful for this challenge! Without this challenge, you can bet your sweet bippy that I would not be exercising, and I need to exercise. I know I don't do much, but with my condition, mild to moderate exercise on the days I am physically able to do it is important. So there is my confession, I said it, I don't like to exercise! Jacqui_D: have you learned enough of Leslie's moves to do them on your own? A lot of my "dance" these days is done while watching Once Upon a Time stream on Netflix. I only allow myself to watch while exercising or working on a filing chore that I put off too long -- so those two things get done because I get in the mood to see my show more than because I actually want to do them.

I am glad you recognize the need to exercise with your Rheumatoid. So many people don't. Have you ever thought of mixing it up with a water aerobics class? It's easier on the joints.
