We had a windstorm today, so when I took my normal walk, I was picking up sticks (using good squat forms) to move them out of the street and off the sidewalk. Then, DH fired up the chipper-shredder, so I picked up sticks in the yard -- which increased the intensity of both the walking and the squats!
