I've seen a loss today ...yay!! I don't do well with cheat days myself. It really puts me back and makes me feel feelings of guilt. I do have some treats and then I move on and keep going. Way to go Healthytobe you are doing great!!

183 - I built up my cardio before starting insanity. You definately need to be really motivated, I have days when I dread it but am doing it with my other half so we push each other when we need it (although tonight he went out and ate pizza)!

Excited to see people reaching their goals! And keep going to those who are almost there..! If you're a bit of a way of, think of all the work you can do now to get ready for November! Team Halloween!

I shot over my calorie goal by about 1000 yesterday, which honestly, is bad. It's the beginning of the semester though, so I want to socialize and catch up with everyone. Admittedly, I could make better choices, but I could have done way worse also, so I consider it okay. No gain is a win, right? :^:
I'm getting a little anxious about not meeting my October goal at this point, but I'm glad I'm staying accountable anyways, I'll Keep going, and if I don't make it, I'll try again next month.

I'm up today 1.5 lbs! I don't know why, lol! I guess it's just one of those things my body has decided to do! I did do an hour of walking videos yesterday instead of just 30 minutes, but it's not like those videos are strenuous so I wouldn't think my muscles would be holding water after them. Oh well! Any way you slice it, it is just water and will fall back off eventually. No biggie! :D

Sigh. I seem to be snatching defeat from the jaws of victory here. I was at 76.2 on Monday! I do feel bloated. And the last two days haven't been a blow out, but they have been out of whack. I'm going to have a good on plan day today.
