I guess I'm on schedule, but I would like to build up some extra mileage at the beginning of the month in case I slack off later. Not that I would slack off. Never. But just in case never happens.
Aww, I appreciate you picking up the torch! I'm not sure if I'm in or not. I'm still trying work out all the kinks in my schedule but I want to figure out a way to get exercising again. Right now if I have time off from work and school I'm usually busy to homework and housework.
walked another 2 miles today. However, last two nights i've been able to walk 10 minutes (warm up) and rotate every minute from a walk/slow jog. I feel very happy that I can get my thunder thighs moving!!!
