Today is my first Weight Watchers weigh in...Soooo Happy!!! 5 pounds! (I started at 182 last week).
I know I can do this. I have everything at my disposal to do so! COME ON I can do this, no more starting over. I'm making my way to the 240's, I'm going to get there! Keep me motivated, I'm logging in here everyday for support.

A little loss, step in the right direction! I'm a little bummed because I've been working on jogging every other day and it looks like my ankles are requesting I get new shoes. Oh well.
Tonight is dodgeball, so that'll burn some calories!
I would like to start this with a weight of 155 and have a goal of 10 pounds to lose. I am happy at 155 but my dresses are saying I need a bit more room to breathe.
I'll start today and hope to lose about seven pounds this month!

I have a week long vacation that starts 08/08 and I'm nervous about that. I really hope I don't gain much then. I won't be weighing myself daily on my digital as ill be away so I will have to come back to it 08/14.
