8/13: 177.5 Okay, getting a little frustrated here. Going to stay OP again today. I walked 3.5 miles last night and sweated my butt off...apparently not much of my butt!
Down another .5 this morning! Happy happy! More protein seems to agree with me :-) I have not eaten bread, rice or potatoes for weeks. Don't really miss it either. Just need o b a bi more inventive with my proteins without adding in fast. Might try a protein shake for breakfast today, I'm getting tired of eggs :-( not a huge breakfast person to start with and I know I need those calories as I'm only averaging 900 cals. A day. My limit is 1200 but can't seem to go that high.

Diane69 - What are you eating. Please post a sample day. I am staying on points with weight watchers (even with the beer I drank over the weekend) and the scale is barely budging. Suggestions???
I managed to put on 1lb on my usual weigh in day Saturday as I went away for a few days last week. Now it's Wednesday I've lost that 1lb and it took a friend! Maybe I can lose another pound before my next official weigh in day and I will have lost 4 whole stone!!!
Ian - I hear you on the last few pounds. I have a great stretch, then boom it stops, then another good stretch of consistently (even though slowly) losing, then boom it stops again.

8/6 247.25 Lost that water gain (Lemon water worked IAN Beer diet this weekend!!!)
8/7-8/9 UP way tooo much so did not post (I missed you all!)
8/10 248 Horay... lost 3 lbs of water from IANG's beer diet.. So happy now to get back to 247 and lower!!
8/11 248 again but its inflamation...
