You called it Pixi...I went down this morning...woohoo!

Turtle: Go, Greyhound, Go!! I'm keeping my fingers, toes, arms, legs and eyes crossed that you get to at least 166 (maybe even 165!) by Aug 31. And you had better do it, because I'm pretty darn uncomfortable like this!
Stay Puft: You'll be back on the downhill slopes once TOM is over.
Joy: I felt the same way last week when I gained two days in a row, since there was no earthly reason for the gain…but it quickly reversed. Yours will too and you'll be back to goal my month end.
Pixi: To quote a very wise lady: "I'm sure your new low will hold, unless it goes down more".

Glad you're enjoying your classes.
Jacqui: This is a message to Pound #197: "Get lost! Jacqui doesn't want you anymore. Why stay where you're not wanted? Find a new home with someone thin who's trying to gain weight. Then you will be loved."
cheeriloos: Awww…I hope you're not punished too harshly for your sins, and I hope you have a much less stressful day today.
bg124: You'll be back at goal any day now…I can feel it!
Leah: Good decision to keep doing what you're doing, because it seems to be working!
Tray: Glad you're feeling well enough to exercise again.
SouthernBell: Good for you…walking a mile on the treadmill!

Let me tell you my treadmill story. When I first started my diet (about 6 months ago), I thought walking at 3.5 mph was REALLY fast. I could only walk at that speed for a minute or so at a time, and I then needed to slow things down to 2.8-3.0 mph. Each day over the past few months, I've challenged myself to walk a little bit further and a little bit faster. Last week, I walked for 1 hour and 25 minutes, covering 8.0 km (5.0 miles), which translates into an average pace of 3.5 mph. That speed no longer feels fast to me...it feels normal...while my former 2.8-3.0 now feels REALLY slow! So, moral of the story: keep it up...each week, challenge yourself to do just a little bit more and you too will be amazed at the results!
