Had a really good week! Down 2.4!!! The most weight lost in one week since April! YAY!!!!! If this is what this forum does for me you will see me here every day 6-7 times a day

As happy as I am for my big drop, I am also not positive I will make my goal of 8 lbs I will try my hardest but if I hit 6 Ill be happy!

A small (0.5) lb loss this morning. I'm really hoping to get out of these 150's soon, since that will mean I'm no longer in the overweight category. In the meantime, however, I will try to be patient.

So we had Mexican last night to "celebrate" a good phone interview that I had. Those were my husband's words. I wonder if he is subconciously trying to sabotage me just slightly. The other day we were in Home Depot and three of the guys asked if I needed help, and no one asked him. Now I know I look totally clueless in there, but it kind-of made me giggle He was a little ticked.

So after staying on plan eating out Mexican, and starting a new level in my workout yesterday (I am sore this morning!!!) I'm up .4. I'm ok with that.

I have a brunch this morning, which might be harder than the Mexican because I love breakfast food. Luckily my shoulders are so sore that I doubt I'll be able to pick up my fork very many times. I'm having a love/hate relationship with Julian Micheals.

Still going to push for Monday!

Good morning! So we haven't gone out to eat yet, mostly OP yesterday, only difference was I ate back some of my exercise calories because I was starving. But I am still up 1.4 this morning I am still pretty sore though so it must be that.

Lene, I bet all that running is really toning you up! Sorry to hear that the scale is being stubborn, but if you are measuring I bet you will really see the difference. All this patience is really going to make getting into the 60s something uber special, eh!

I'm back on the downward swing now after the TOM crap. Hit 175.4 and I'm feelin great. I worked out yesterday for the first time since the lazer tattoo fading and man was that painful. But its funny, for some reason l like the pain (in a non masochist way). It reminds me that if i want to change something about myself i have to push through a little (or A LOT in this case) of pain. Change can be very painful. I did hit a goal today for myself... a mini goal but one none the less. I promised myself a crochet set and some yarn and i do have a coupon for Joannes crafts. Maybe ill get it after the gym.

This month has turned into a huge joke for me. I've been eating great, exercising my tushy off and getting nowhere! Here's where it gets funny... I have had constipation issues (I know, I know, way TMI!) so I was googling to see if my sleep aid could be causing it. My search pulls up all these links connecting my sleep aid to weight gain!!! I never connected it but it makes sense. You figure all my exercising I'm boosting my metabolism for most of the day and then I'm slowing it down every single flipping night for the last 6 weeks!!!! Needless to say, I'm going to stop taking it and see if it helps. I feel like banging my head against the wall! LOL

Lene: I was wondering what was going on this month. I wasn't sure if you had decided to take a diet break and live in maintenance for a while, but I didn't want to say in case you hadn't. You must have been very frustrated, but good for you staying OP throughout several weeks of no progress. I really admire your dedication.
