4th of July Challenge!
 
Hello all!!! I was wanting to make a challenge and decided that 4th of July would be good since it is about 11 weeks away! I know I need the extra motivation to make it through the summer!

I found a spreadsheet and edited it for us to use on this challenge! Please do not touch or edit the last 4 columns (blue/orange/yellow/red) on the right. I will manually update the yellow and red after weight has been inputted. Enter your username, your starting weight and goal weight by the end of the challenge.

Please join in at ANY TIME to receive/give support, accountability and make new friends! Looking forward to meeting you all!!

Oh yea, first weigh-in is on the 25th, next Thursday and will be on Thursdays since the last weigh-in falls right on 4th of July but you can record your weigh-in at any time or use a weight from another day, etc.

Wolfgirl69, I hope you don't mind that I put your info in (173 as SW and 146 as GW)? You can always change it yourself if you'd prefer. :)

I'd like to lose 20-25 pounds. Will have to see what the scale actually says.

Just checking in for the day. I find accountability during these challenges helps me tremendously. Hope you all are having a great weekend thus far. For me, I'm trying to stay busy and out of the fridge. So far I have stayed on plan and just lack getting my strength training in for the day and I'm golden.

I'm planning on using my elliptical at least five times a week for 30 minutes and then on May 1st I'm starting Chalean Extreme for strength training.

My official weigh in is on Saturday, so I've already posted my start weight (posted last Saturday's weight on Thursday or Friday), and my first week (yesterday's official weight). I hope this is okay. I realized if I didn't do it this way I wouldn't know if I met my goal until July 6.

I am so glad I came back here and at the start of a new challenge. After a few years of saying i am going to do this...I am going to do this. Three weeks ago I started exercising and I'm starting to slip again so this may be exactly what I need. By Thanksgiving I want to be down to 125 so this is a great start!
