Teacher2B- I am in the same place as you are... I have gained weight this month. I consciously have not made good food choices. I am now refocusing and reminding myself why I eat healthfully.
I am also editing my goal to any loss is better than none at all. I have been struggling so much that honestly I would be happy with one or two pounds!

Ugh, I'm with you Teacher2b & Fe2493. I was doing ok & then TOM hit & I jumped up 6 pounds. The first 3 dropped in two days, but the last three have been slow in coming back off. So currently I'm 1.6 pounds higher than I started the month. It's really frustrating because my eating has been really close to my target & I've been getting my exercise in.

I really hate TOM.

Woohoo! Finally seeing a drop on the scale. I'm now finally down this month! A whopping .2 pounds for the month so far! But I will take it.

So excited I made my April goal super early!!

Starting: 208.8 (As of 3/28/13)
Current: 201.6 (-7.2)
April Goal: 203

Since I only have one weigh in left, I will try to make 200 by the end of April now.

Well I weighed myself yesterday and was astonished that I had dropped 4 lbs! So I stepped on it twice just to make sure. And then a third time. It was still the same. So I was totally psyched!
Then today, I thought...that just seems to good to be true, so I stepped on it again. It was noon when I did, and yesterday it was in the morning. But today it was 3 lbs heavier....*ugh*

I thought maybe it was just because it was later in the day. I'm not getting back on that thing until the end of the month though!
I really fell off the wagon the past few weeks too. I was over my calorie limits by about 200-300 almost every night.
But I'm going back in full force!

Started this goal at 261, wanting to be 255 by May. This morning I was 256.6! 1 1/2 pounds to go. I have been hovering around 260 for a while so I had to re-check my scale when I saw 256 LOL Here's hoping it wasn't a fluke and the weight keeps on moving down!

Congrats to those I saw who already made goal! And to the rest of us, keep on hanging in there! we can do it!!

Dropped one more pound! Not much, but better than nothing. So that means I've dropped three pounds so far. I know I won't make the goal I set of 8 lbs, so I'm going for 5.
