  • Bethann, I agree with Crow. Two days of perfection won't over-ride a natural fluctuation if you were unlucky enough to hit it at the wrong point. The scale, unfortunately, measures so much more than fat loss -- water retention, bathroom issues, monthly cycles. Drink lots of water and give this more time to work.

  • So... I'm having one of those weeks, I guess, where the scale isn't going to budge in the right direction. In fact, it's gone up a bit. No biggie. My measurements went down again. Take that, scale!

    I had to post my progress - I started Medifast on Sunday and think I've entered the mild Ketosis. I'm finally not hungry!
  • I'd like to join a little late as well. My weight hasn't gone down since the start of the month so as of now SW and CW are the same anyway, 179.3 After losing 1.5 pounds/week pretty consistently since November I've finally started to see my weight loss slow down which sucks. I've started exercising more though, and can't wait to measure myself next week!! After all that my goal is 174 or 5.3 pounds.
