I would like to join this challenge! I really need something more to hold myself accountable. I would like to lose about a lb a week, but want to give myself some wiggle room. I just started my weight loss journey on valentines day, so this seems like a good fit!

I get weighed at WW on Thursday's so I will make that my check in day. I do have to say I weighed myself this morning after the shower and I was 203.7! I have not seen that number for about 3 years now!
I don't know why I'm up this week. I am really sore right now from a combination of 4 hours of yard work followed some heavy bag workouts, so maybe that is the cause for the little uptick. Need less to say, I'm not happy about it.
My goal: to exercise at least 4x per week and to lose 15lbs

I can't even imagine being 15lbs less by the summer at this point -- I just started exercising using WATP and meal planning with weight watchers this week. Between my doctor's visit last week and then this week - I'm already down 5lbs!

Going well here too. I've done the elliptical nearly daily this week (save for Monday my volunteer day where I do a fair amount of walking). Staying OP too so I'm nearly to 25# lost since I began in January.
