Thanks so much. You ladies keep me going. I just made it o 197 today.. Feeling good.
I been bouncing around 198-199 most of the week.. It seems I always have more wight loss on the weekends.. I don't know what's up with that.
Today I went back to salads because I found it harder to lose wight once I changed my diet .

But I have a secret; I had some lime pie today and ladies it was so good! I will taste on this pie 2 days a week.. I want good food and its like I have to give up everything just to lose weight.

I am so jealous of you ladies who can eat meat and still lose wight.

My weight loss come from me being in the gym 2-4hrs 5 days week. I also cut meat out and eat only salad, tuna, boiled egg,and drink prune juice. The most I lose in a week is 3 pounds. This week I lost 2 pounds.. Going to do one more hr in the gym now.. Walk it out out. Good luck ladies

Also when I first started to lose weight, I only ate 500 calories a day and with working-out; I lost 6 pounds in one week. However, now I don't do that anymore. I eat 1650 a day.

Happy Monday everyone! (If there is such a thing). I was out of town again this weekend and am finding it very hard to stick to my 5am Power 90 workout. The time of year is tough for me because there's so much going on and I'm never home.

I will get up tomorrow morning and get my workout out of the way. I'm not going to beat up on myself about the weekend because I was in New York and I did tons of walking around. That's got to count for something!

This darn iPad spells what it wants. Today was my Weigh-in and I lost 3 pounds. That last one hour walk on the treadmill really helped! [smile].
Six more pounds until my mini-goal

Yes, HAPPY MONDAY LADIES! It's a NEW WEEK AND PUT THE PAST BEHIND YOU! We are going to lose at least one pound this week!

Agreed! The weight is just flying off! I was down two pounds this week so I'm happy about that. I really feel like Onederland is right there!

I'm going to the gym after work today so I can start my weight lifting. I really need to tone tone tone.

Do any of you weight lift? Do you stick to the machines or use free weights?

I've decided to take a scale break until my finals are all over. I feel like I depend too much on the scale to tell me how to feel about myself, so I'm not going to weigh-in until Monday the 17th. My goal is to get back on track between now and then and to see great results by that point.

I don't do much weight lifting; but I need to do it more offen..

I need to give the scale up too.. It's controlling me! I will try my best when I hit the gym later to not look at the scale until Monday! This will be hard for me!

@Fatness I am just psychologically traumatizing myself every time I gain a little bit of weight. I'm like crying my eyes out right now because I ate 3 pieces of pizza at a little last day of classes party tonight.

Don't worry about it. I was like this over the holidays . I was 198 when I went to my friends house and came back 204. I look at it like this; I did not really gain weight, but the food was still processing In my stomach.

Let me tell you something ; jog 10mins on the treadmill and walk it out for 60min and trust me your digestive system will kick into play and get that food to move.

You will still be burning at the same time. This worked for me when I ate a lot for thanksgiving.
you can do it
