Just checking in....

Last week I thought I wouldn't be able to reach my 100 miles goal. I figured out how many miles I need to complete this week, divided miles up per day and I'm going to reach it. No excuses!

As for my goals:

Powerwalk 100 miles with WATP this month: Will meet goal

Lift 3 - 4 days per week between my strength-training class and ChaLean Extreme: Doing really great, seeing results and haven't missed one day.

Do Pilates 2 - 3 days per week for 20 - 30 minutes: I've been averaging more like 1 or 2 times per week, but I have been adding more ab workouts.

I'm getting close to completing my goals. I won't be meeting my Insanity goal because I quit it already LOL! I'm burnt out from it so 23 out of 26 workouts is good enough for me, after 16 weeks of doing Insanity. That's a lot. I WILL make my Chalean, Cathe, and jogging goals though. :)

Went on vacation from the 19-26. While I won't make my 50 mile goal, I am happy to be back at it and back into my normal routine.

Sorry, I've been MIA the past 10 or so days. Last week I was not that good with workouts but I was a good girl and got back on track this week. Since I last reported I did: Denise Austin Fit and Firm Pregnancy, Firm Cardio, Karen Vought Great Weighted Workout (MAT WORK ONLY), Firm Fat Blaster Cardio, Margaret Richard Muscle and Grace Toning, Jane Fonda Lite Aerobics, Kathy Smith Pregnancy Workout, Stephanie Huckabee Power Fir Harmony Pure Power, Firm Vol. 2, and Cathe Pyramid Lower Body.

Last count I will get to 16 workouts for November.
