Just checking in....
Last week I thought I wouldn't be able to reach my 100 miles goal. I figured out how many miles I need to complete this week, divided miles up per day and I'm going to reach it. No excuses! As for my goals: Powerwalk 100 miles with WATP this month: Will meet goal Lift 3 - 4 days per week between my strength-training class and ChaLean Extreme: Doing really great, seeing results and haven't missed one day. Do Pilates 2 - 3 days per week for 20 - 30 minutes: I've been averaging more like 1 or 2 times per week, but I have been adding more ab workouts. |

I won't be meeting my Insanity goal because I quit it already LOL! I'm burnt out from it so 23 out of 26 workouts is good enough for me, after 16 weeks of doing Insanity. That's a lot. I WILL make my Chalean, Cathe, and jogging goals though. :) |
