Hi Ladies,
Hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was not bad, I did not exercise Saturday or Sunday, I was way to sore. I spoke to my Mom on Sunday and she is back north and its been cold. She had a few fights over the weekend. Today, I had ballet class and that was fun than it was home and did Firm Fat Blasting Cardio. Good workout considering I was a bit tired. I took 2 days off from exercising but got back to it today. I feel a little guilty cause I ate super super bad and off plan for Thanksgiving and the day after, but it's one day and it's over now and i'm back OP! :)
