I'm really excited to weigh-in tomorrow. I was 220 post-workout a few minutes ago! And I usually lose 2 pounds over night!! So I will be back in the 218's tomorrow for sure!

11/30- 165.0 (-0.4) Technically this should have been the 11/28 weigh in, but I kept eating breakfast first! Oops. Need to pick up the exercise, but it's so....exercise-y.

I had met my Christmas goal and joined this one, then proceeded to go way off track!! :(
I am now 275 and would love to lose at least 6 pounds to be 269 by V Day.

Really hoping in the next 4 weeks I can lose about 12 more pounds! That will put me within 5 pounds of ONDERLAND!!! Sitting at 217.6 right now - and if I can continue with the schedule I've had the last 2 weeks I can definitely see hitting less than 216 by Wednesday!

I am NOT looking forward to my weigh-in on Wednesday! I've been stuck at 164 for a couple of weeks and I'd really really really like to see 163.something! I'd be alright with 163.8 even :lol: I'm just so dang tired of that 4!

Time for an update-
I was doing very good weight loss wise until Christmas. I gained 6 pounds. I have joined WW at work this week with a lot of coworkers and it's helping me get back on track. When I joined this VD Goal I was 270, I was up to 276 and now I am 271. Thank God I am back on track once again!
My goal for VD was 269, I think I will do better than that since it's almost 3 weeks to go. I would love to be 265 ((fingers crossed)) :)

I'm a little off my game right now. My boyfriend and I of a year and a half broke up last night. I've also been working so much since Wednesday I haven't been able to be at the gym since Tuesday. Tomorrow I can get back on schedule, but idk if the scale will be down or not by Wednesday. I'm feeling no at the moment.

jrkessle - I'm so sorry. I've thankfully never had to go through a breakup though I have had a couple rough chats with my fiance. I can't even imagine what you're going through. You've done so well recently, you're one of the people whose progress I stalk- sorry if that's weird! I'd take a bit of time for yourself and not worry about your weight. Once you clear your head and are ready to get back into it I'm sure you'll do great again.

@Changergirl that is actually really inspiring for me honestly, and I feel really proud to help someone along in their journey! I'm having a really difficult time this week - and this weekend I just want to lay in bed and sob honestly. I went home for the weekend to get away - but my gym is at school, so no gym for 4 days to even help boost my spirits. I'm hanging out with friends here a lot though, so hopefully that helps. Just have to keep pressing on....

I will be at 216 again tomorrow. After the last 10 days I've had with the break up and everything - I can't be disappointed with that! Went grocery shopping today, ate 50 calories less than I'm supposed to every day, and exercised a tad over. Looking forward to the final weigh-in. Either way - I lost at least 14 pounds during this challenge, and that is amazing!

So I didn't even come CLOSE to meeting my goal, but I'm 5 pounds lighter than when I started. Stupid metabolism/medical issues :lol:

I didn't get to my goal, but did manage to lose 6.6 lbs. I'm happy with that! Next goal is to see 14* (anything!) on the scale. Been waiting for that for a long time.
