Hi,

I defo want to be in with this challenge. I'm going to aim for a round 2stone (28lbs) by Valentines Day. I know my boyfriend will treat me and I want to look great for him :D

still havent weighed in. im planning to be careful tomorrow but not count calories. its too tough with all the homemade foods and i also do want to indulge a little. im not weighing in again til next friday so i should still lose.

glad to see all the losses! you chicks are doing amazing!

i set my original Vday goal when i was still losing a lot every week and i TOTALLY overshot. im adding 10 lbs and aiming for 169.

Scale isn't moving much, but feeling really positive. I've decided to focus on exercise and have committed to exercising at least half an hour every day from now until Christmas. When I was this weight in the spring, I felt so much better than I feel now, and it was all down to how fit and (almost) toned I was getting with my gym going.

Yay! Another challenge! Boy do I need this.

Late this summer I started another challenge and was doing great by losing almost half the weight I needed to. Then I horribly sprained my ankle back in September and have been off of it since. I've not only gained back all the weight I lost, but I've packed on an additional 5 pounds. Awesome. I'm ready to get back into gear!

My goal for tomorrow is 222. I finally hit the big 5-0 mark on Sunday, and I'd really LOVE to be 220 by the end of the week, so the goal is 222 tomorrow :) I ate a ton of salad today, so I think that will clean out my intestines and give me my pound! Can't wait to check in tomorrow.

let's all take a minute and think about valentines day. you weigh in that morning and then you get to come to 3fc and see your progress! every week you put in, every lb lost since the beginning of the challenge. wont it be awesome?!

I'm so excited about my progress so far, and hopefully in December I can kick it into a higher gear as I won't have classes or work for 3 weeks over semester break! I can't wait to see my results come Valentine's Day, and I already told my boyfriend he better take me out to a nice dinner so I can buy a nice dress to show off all my hard work! This thread definitely keeps me motivated to keep going every day :D thanks everyone!

my scale break is finally over. i did get up to 186 before i went on it so ive lost about 3.7 lbs in the past couple weeks. im pretty happy because it was thanksgiving week last week and its TOM day 2 right now.

isnt it funny how it's all relative? 6 months ago i wouldve killed to be 182 and now that im there im totally not happy and want to be less. i think you just hate wherever you are until you hit goal, lol

ugh. it is scary. im so crazy about the scale too and lately i really have been losing pretty slowly. we just gotta keep going and do our best!

I've accidentally had a couple of weeks off good eating, but back on it today. My goal was 28lbs by valentines day - just over 10 weeks away, I'm going to reduce my goal to 14lbs, I'd be happy with that, I've got to move and find a job in that time so to me it seems more doable.

Also midway through January, me, my partner and most of his family are going to see Rocky Horror Show, and we're all dressing up! I've bought my outfit, it hasn't come yet but I'm terrified I'm going to look disgusting in it. - but then my partner is going wearing a corset and fishnet tights too so I'm pretty sure I'll look stunning next to him. Lmfao!

I've decided to take a scale break until my finals are all over. I feel like I depend too much on the scale to tell me how to feel about myself, so I'm not going to weigh-in until Monday the 17th. My goal is to get back on track between now and then and to see great results by that point.

Feeling good today and back on track! Stayed within my calories today and indulged a tiny bit with a piece of chocolate. Feeling like I'm back on track today, and will be in a great place on the 17th when I come back!!

Since I'm taking a scale break, or trying to, I am going to make goals for myself every week that are not scale related.

This week I plan to: 1) increase my water intake and 2) increase fruits and vegetables

I'm a little late, but i'd like in on the challenge!!! lol I'll just start with my weigh in from this week! My goal is to be somewhere in the 140-145 lbs area on Valentines Day. This weeks weigh in on Dec 5th was 169. So I've got between 24 and 29 lbs to lose!!!

Feeling like my body is finally starting to regulate again since the majority of my finals are over! I'm eating more veggies and trying to get my water intake up, and my snacking has lowered significantly. I'm still eating a lot, but the majority of it is healthy food. Next step is just monitoring calories, and I will be back in action in no time! Will be back in the gym in T - 6 days!!

Hello everyone ! It has been quite a while since I've been on here but thought I'd hop back on because I had great success last time with the help of 3fc . My starting weight is 172 . My lowest was about ten pounds lighter which I gained these past two months ... Ahhhh the holidays . My goal for feb 14 is to be 159. Which is a little less than 2 lbs a week from now . Two a days at the gym will be worth it !!! Happy holidays to all of u :)

Also, my 4 pound weight gain is now down to just 2. Monday I will be back in the gym - so hopefully the last 2 will be gone by the next weigh-in (12/19). SO EXCITED TO BE BACK IN MY NATURAL HABITAT (aka - the gym!).

I have been a BAD, BAD dieter the last two weeks! Took an unplanned break over finals. Whoops. A very tasty break, but unplanned nonetheless.

So anyway, back on the straight and narrow today. I think, to make things less stressful for myself, I'm going to edit my goal weight. I originally set it at 150. I think I'll move it to 155. That way I'm firmly in the 150s, and that much closer to being a "normal" weight, but I won't stress out as much over the two lost weeks and the slow start I've had.

So I have about 10 pounds to go. I can do this!!
