i would love to join this challenge! My 21st birthday is the week after valentines day so that would be an amazing goal to set! My goal is to lose around 30 lbs by valentines day!

yay I finally saw some loss! i'm cutting breads and pastas and general complex carbs for 3 weeks, and i've lost 2-2.5 pounds already since Monday :) i've been eating cookies every day this week though :/ and tonight at work i definitely pigged out on some mini-cheesecake squares. ugh! 10 hours of good work-exercise wasted with those like 1000 calories i ate in about 5 minutes! cheesecakes are so my weakness, and when there is an entire room full of leftover catering food at the end of the night, it is hard to say no!! :( :( :( hopefully in the morning the number on the scale isn't a +!

I'm in for this. It sounds like a good semi-long term goal to work towards. My goal is to lose 10kg by Valentine's Day.

11/7-163.4 11/14 11/21 11/28 TOTAL: crap. Well, I think before i go on any new diet plan, there is one and only one thing i need to be working on right now. Binging after class. I think I’m mistaking my tiredness with hunger. If I get normal portions after class my weight will drop. Then I can start bringing back the gym and cutting out the unhealthy stuff. Slow and steady this time around, that seems like it will work better for me. |

Have had a really good week with no cheats, so really looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. However, since joining my slimming club I haven't weighed at home at all, so it leaves me worrying that what I'm doing isn't working and I get very nervous!!!

terrible week. -.02 loss this week. i'm doing a cleanse today and beginning to make meal plans to follow to keep me on track. also went for a long walk this morning. next week will be better!

I am back on track today! I feel great this morning after taking a longgg walk, and today I am determined to eat clean and NOT SNACK AT WORK AT ALL. Work is the perfect exercise, especially long shifts like mine is tonight and tomorrow. 14 hours of combined exercise! sounds like an awesome way to melt some fat and drop pounds!

I am going to weigh-in today as I fear what the scale will say tomorrow. TOM starts Thursday, so I'm bloating and retaining water and gassy and generally irritable/emotional. Love being female...
