I was 222.4 when I woke up this morning. Hoping for 221 tomorrow post-workout!

222 this morning! Worked out this morning too, but had lunch with my mom and didn't have a chance to weigh-in post workout. Excited to weigh-in tomorrow, and planning a long workout to hopefully be in 220.5 post-workout! Goal is 219 by friday!

222 today post-workout. Was perfect on calories today, then went to my cousin's to visit and she was making treats for her staff at work. Needless to say, I ate about 10 chocolate covered pretzels, 2 cookies that I dipped in chocolate, a couple buckeye treats, and a couple hershey kisses with pretzels and melted chocolate. have to stop splurging like this!

Kinda feel like weighing in today because I'm afraid of what it will be after Christmas. I'm planning on just avoiding breads and desserts tonight and tomorrow, so I feel like if I can do that I'll be ok!

Update day. I did pretty well during the holidays. The only thing I really treated myself to was more alcohol, which I have almost completely cut out of my diet. But I was able to make sure I didn't overdo it.

I'd like to join in. Had a very stressful month and gained back 7lbs! My son's doctor thought my son had cancer and removed a lymph node for biopsy. Luckily it was nothing (just found out yesterday)! Then on Christmas Eve my mother fell and broke her hip and is currently in the hospital for another week after having surgery. So I've been stress eating a lot! Anyway, I've started working out again and watching what I eat. Hoping for 12 lb loss by Valentine's day (178 lbs). Can't stand having to squeeze into all of my "fat" clothes.

GW: 199 So close! Bought a ton of new clothes from Old Navy (size large - which is 2 sizes smaller than what i've been wearing for 5+ years now) and some workout clothes from Khol's! Can't wait to slim down this final 20 pounds between me and Onderland! |

223 this morning :/ still 5 pounds up. ARGH THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. Ate well today, worked for 6 hours (which is good exercise because I'm walking around serving people for 6 hours), and about to go to the gym. Next week will be much better. Getting my eating habits under control and drinking water like it's nobody's business. Hoping to lose some water weight the rest of this week and be out of the 220s PERMANENTLY by next Wednesday! Just have to keep on keeping on no matter what the scale says! There's only one way for the scale to go in the long-haul --- DOWN!

Weigh-in day. I'm disappointed this week. I still lost a bit of weight but I had hit 87.5kg earlier. It appears I'm going to be yo-yoing this month which sucks.
