    of today's brunch.

  • yesterday was my rest day. Walked for 2 hours shopping.

    45 mins strength training
    30 mins elliptical w/ arms
    20 mins cross trainer
    14 mins stair machine
    11 rowing machine
    30 mins c25k week 4 (16 mins jogging, 14 walking)
    =3657 calories burned
