I am new to this site, I have visited in the past but not sign up I am going to try this and I think it will help if I post things to keep me accountable. It seems like if you write things down it helps! So for my 100 days I am going to eat between 1250 1300 calories
getting in 30-40 minutes of running or other activity
quit snacking no sugar or desserts!
can't wait to start this..
