I took today off. Physical therapy this a.m. left me exhausted. And my week has just sucked.

TM - incline and running (incline at level 10 and 4.1mph for 2 songs; ran @ 5.3-5.5mph for 2 songs) until playlist was done. 45 mins., 3.4 miles. Dog walk too!
