  • For this month I would like to workout five times per week.

    4/1 3 miles walk away the lbs
    4/2 40 min jog/run
    4/3 40 mins elliptical 20 mins weights legs and arms
  • 4-1= 30 mins
    4-2= 90 mins total 120mins
    4-3= 60 mins total 180 mins

    Goal 1500 mins this month
  • 4/1 30 minute DVD
    4/2 33 minutes on the elliptical and walked briskly for 15 minutes.
  • Great group -- and we're already making terrific progress on our goals!

  • I hadn't done 30 Day Shred in a long time and was pleased that Level 1 is relatively easy for me, now. I may try Level 2 next time I'm crunched for time and need a 20-minute workout.

    3. 20 min 30 Day Shred, 30 min gardening; 170/1400

    April 3 - Strength training (upper body, lower body, core) + stretching (55 minutes total)

  • April 3- ran 4 miles & 72 minutes of exercise overall
    April 4 - ran 5 miles & 71 minutes of exercise

    so far that puts me with 9miles/45 & 143minutes/1500. keep up with the good work ladies (:

    April 4 - Gym Madness (elliptical+bike+treadmill) (700 calories)

    I really had to drag myself to the gym. It's not even in my exercise-plan for the month but I tend to do more than I plan. Hihi. Which is good.

    So, I'm planning to register to run a 10K on April 28. I just decided today. I found a training program online and am going to start in the middle as I can already run 5 miles; hopefully in 3.5 weeks I'll be ready!
