I hadn't done 30 Day Shred in a long time and was pleased that Level 1 is relatively easy for me, now. I may try Level 2 next time I'm crunched for time and need a 20-minute workout.
1. 45 min Fat Burning Fusion, 30 min gardening; 75/1400
2. 45 min gardening; 120/1400
3. 20 min 30 Day Shred, 30 min gardening; 170/1400
April 1 -
April 2 - 3 mile run @ 5.3 mph + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (3.5 miles total; 50 minutes)
April 3 - Strength training (upper body, lower body, core) + stretching (55 minutes total)
April 2 - Strength
April 3 - Swimming 60 mins, run 2 fast miles, bike to work (1000 calories)
April 4 - Gym Madness (elliptical+bike+treadmill) (700 calories)
I really had to drag myself to the gym. It's not even in my exercise-plan for the month but I tend to do more than I plan. Hihi. Which is good.
April 1 -

So, I'm planning to register to run a 10K on April 28. I just decided today. I found a training program online and am going to start in the middle as I can already run 5 miles; hopefully in 3.5 weeks I'll be ready!
4/1 30 minute DVD
4/2 33 minutes on the elliptical and walked briskly for 15 minutes.
4/3 30 minute DVD
4/4 15 minutes on the ellliptical and walked for 30 minutes.
