April 3 - Swimming 60 mins, run 2 fast miles, bike to work (1000 calories)
April 4 - Gym Madness (elliptical+bike+treadmill) (700 calories)

I really had to drag myself to the gym. It's not even in my exercise-plan for the month but I tend to do more than I plan. Hihi. Which is good.

So, I'm planning to register to run a 10K on April 28. I just decided today. :) I found a training program online and am going to start in the middle as I can already run 5 miles; hopefully in 3.5 weeks I'll be ready!

I hope it's not too late to join this challenge. My goal is to workout 4 times a week until the end of April. So thats 12 workouts. I just joined a boot camp class so if I attend 3 times a week that will make it easier (I hope!). I'll do cardio at home on alternate days. I'm kind of excited to start working out again!

Planning to lift this morning, then meeting my running buddy for an easy pace 5 miler with the puppies. I need to be lifting three days a week. This means I may have to lift every day left in this first week! I dont know why it is but I am usually good about running or about lifting, and I dont do well at doing both in the same week or month.

I planned today as a rest day as I knew it would be nuts, and then my plan for tomorrow is a long run as part of the 10K training - 5.5 miles, yikes! Sunday I'm going to try to go and walk the 10K route to get a feel for it. Should be some decent calorie burn this weekend to help balance out the holiday meals. :)

Hey could I change my 240 minutes zumba to 240 minutes gym please? The zumba classes are at really inconvient times for me but I joined the new gym today.

I'm very behind.. but so far

2/4/12- 25 minutes running
8/4/12- 25 minutes running
9/4/12- 60 minutes gym


50/300 running, 60/240 minutes gym so far

I'm now on week 8 C25K though which feels good :D. It'll be so great to finally finish it.. although it'll be so so weird running without it!

UGH,so its been a BAD week 4 me as far as eating and emotions.
all i did was SLEEP and EAT.:dizzy:
had no energy becuz im going through withdrawl from effexor.but im glad i weaned down becuz i went cold turkey 7 months ago and it was :devil:!!!

anyway,i feel much better 2day.:carrot:
i did 13 mins of tae-bo and my exercise goals 4 this month are 2 do at least 25-30 mins a day.So i guess ill do some more this evening.
whether its AEROBICS,WEIGHTS,TONING or CARDIO,I HAVE DO SOMETHING!:strong:
