I hit goal in lbs, too! I weigh 186.6 today, so that's 5 lbs --0.4 more than I was aiming for. :carrot:

PaintedButterfly: The weight comes off sooooo slowly when your weight is low to begin with! Some weeks the scale moves, and some it just sits. You stuck with it all month though, and you lost, and that's what counts! I call that success. :) SBD Sass: I've had some months like that, and they're super frustrating! I hope you'll keep at it though! minoja, sun, and ashori - Kudos on sticking with it all month long, even if you didn't quite reach goal! Chickadee - I totally understand and soooo glad you can put that in your experience "bucket" :) So very happy for you!
So, since I have to be at work even earlier than normal today, needless to say that meant less sleep... so.... .4 away from goal. Dang it! :lol: It isn't funny, but in the big picture, it really is. As some of you who have done this challenge monthly for a bit know... I ALWAYS come within .8 of my dang goal... every single time. That's ok though - because I DID get within .4 and that's huge for me!!!!! Plateau has been broken, strength training has been figured in, and I actually feel very accomplished these past 2 months. Was I still on plateau last month? Yup... but as Chickadee knows, I took that month and figured out a bunch too. Talk about a learning process when there are obstacles in the way :O Have a super day!
