I know
it won't always be a lose everyday I kind of got excited last week when I lost almost a lb a day. I know it slows down but I was a little disappointed that I have not lost anything since Friday. I won't give up I know it will start again...Good Luck to all:dizzy:

don't think i'm gonna hit my goal ladies... :(
i started off strong with 3.1 lb gone each of the first two weeks. then i gained 2.4, and this week only lost .2. i'm not over eating, i'm keeping my calories in the range MFP has me to lose 1.5 per week, but i'm starting to wonder if i need to up that or something. i'm exercising like nuts, and eat more on the days i work out. though i'm thinking the strength training might be the culprit. anyway, i might have to adjust my goal from 20lb to 15lb and see if i can make that. |
Don't know what's going on
Since Saturday I have lost and gained the same lb. I am wearing a 14w/16w today instead of 18w/20w but I feel like I am stalled...I am going to relook at what Ihave been eating and see if anything needs to be changed. I am still kepping my goal of 20lbs by Vegas ie Easter

I worked out Mon-Fri this week and it paid off. So happy to be back on track. Hope everyone did well!

I gained 1.2 lbs. It isn't nearly as bad as I thought - hooray for that! Got to celebrate something!

This shouldn't be so frustrating but it is. Honestly, I hate my thyroid. In the beginning of this challenge I am whizzing along losing weight, and then I go into one of the hypo phases and bam! weight loss slows. Frustration!
I guess I need to be like Dori in "Finding Nemo" and just keep swimming, keep swimming.... |
