Didn't quit make it to my 2lb loss that would put me at 20lbs down total. UGH!

Tontus - almost there! what is .6 lbs anyway? :) After a big loss last week, I didn't expect anything this week and I was right; I gained .6. I also started my period today so that also explains no loss. I almost made goal. Well, the Easter goal. -2.6 lbs this week. I am back on Atkins full force. So this week's loss was probably a lot of water. I am losing some inches, but I do think this was mostly water. We'll see next week. Congrats Tontus and MzMoMo - we'll get there, we will. All I know is that this time this WILL be permanent. I got a new scale yesterday! Unfortunately it puts me at 3lbs more than my old scale(I knew it was off). So I am just updating my numbers here :dizzy:

I have made my goal. I set a new one of 146 by Easter week. And to reach goal weight by June 1. It is SO SLOW. But at least because it is hard, I am hoping it will be a deterrent to gaining it back this time. I have lost 11.4 pounds since 1/29 about 1.2 lbs per week.

Down 1.2lbs. It is almost the end of our challenge! 2 more weigh ins. Not looking like I'll be making my goal, I still need to loose 8.4lbs to have a 25lb loss since the beginning of the challenge. Oh, well I am proud of my accomplishments and will keep on truckin'!!

Hey everybody,
ive been so busy with the loss of my good friend Marie i havent been able to get on and chat for awhile. ive been really sad too. I lost 3 pounds this week. i was shocked really. Stess makes me eat but i guess i was pretty good at choosing the right things. :) I didnt reach my goal but i am so happy i did as good as i did. Everyone here has done so good i think. Im glad we have stuck together and did this together. I think we should start another challenge and keep on going. anyone up for that?????? Ive got more to lose so i have to keep going,more fun when you have buddies. take care girls , love ya all. hope you lose good this week ! ladysheets |
Ladysheets ~ here is a :hug: for you. I am sorry you are having to go through the loss of your friend. But kudos to you for having a weigh tloss! That could have gone the opposite way so easily.
I had a 3lb loss this week. I have started a new pattern.... a 1.xlb loss one week and than a 3lb loss the next week. I was at goal over the weekend (147.0) and yesterday shot up due to water retention (boo! hiss!)

Since 1/29, I lost exactly 10 pounds. Half of what I want to lose. Here are the stats (before/after) BMI: 24.9/23.4 Fat %: 41.4%/37.4% Muscle %: 23.5%/25.3% Lost... Bust = 2" Arm=1" Waist = 1/2" Lower ab = 2" Hips = 2" Thigh = 2" |
