Aww, thanks Rach. I do feel a lot better. It's hard to see sometimes when clothing sizes don't change like I want them too. I can't wait for you to buy some new clothes to show off your 50 lb loss!! Hard to see in baggy clothes. And no, it doesn't seem like 5 months ago we started counting calories. Even with all our weekend slips, we just keep on trying and it will come off! No, we might not win the worlds fastest loser competition but we are being realistic. I know, I miss our exercise routine too, but it seems there's always some project due at the end of the day, or it's raining and cold, or its TOM and i'm exhausted, etc etc. Excuses, excuses, you hear them every day!! **** make ME get up and Move!

Morning Chicks. Was really under my calories yesterday, having soup for lunch and then oatmeal for supper and saw 172.6 this morning!! Super pumped! Hope everyone is still chugging along and has a great weekend.

Hey y'all. I hope everyone is doing well. NoMore is rockin the low calories, yay for staying under calorie goal! Now, don't do what I tend to, and make up for it today! It's only calorie cycling if we ALTERNATE low and high calorie days. LOL

I will track every thing I eat, all weekend. That is my goal. I did it last weekend, got to make that a habit again.

Congrats Nomore! WTG! I am on day 38.. still no cheats, I feel good.. weighed in at 211 this morning... it will wake me so happy to get in the 200's .. I am hoping for 209 by Monday.. baby and I are going to get some vday pics taken today for daddy since he is still gone.. hopefully she cooperates.. i ordered a jogging stroller so my walks will be a little easier.. It's supposed to be cold this weekend in GA.. i am feeling unmotivated for my walk.. BUT if i don't I know I will feel like crap ola. Keep up the good work ladies!

Day 39... its chilly here today and the little one and i are both sneezing.. I don't think we will be doing our 3 miles It feels like a major fail.. but i dont want her getting sick.. its not just cold but windy too..i guess I'll try hooking up the wii in the living room and get back to doing the wii fit on days we cant go out.. kind of sad today, hubby's b-day and he's training in another state I don't think i'll be hitting 209 tomm.. poop

I'd like to join too! I'm 5'2" 175/175/125
Exercise: 4-5 times a week for 90 minutes, but it's not strenuous
Diet: South Beach
Plan: up the exercise to more cardio and perform weekly weigh-ins.
I will also stick to the South Beach eating plan and log in here.

Morning Chicks! I have no idea what day this is, just that I am here and back OP. Had a fabulous weekend filled with family and fun for my dear sons first birthday. Which meant way too many cupcakes for me over the past three days. Oh well, two steps forward and one back, right?

Hey everyone! I'm here. I tracked all weekend, which is great, cause that makes two weeks in a row that I tracked every day!! Yay. I'm looking forward to weigh in Thursday, I should be down 2 pounds. The 270s can kiss my booty. I'm ready to say 'buh-bye' to all of these decades!

I went over goal Saturday, but was under Sunday & Monday, so I'm pumped.

Happy Valentines Day all! Day 41 here! Still no cheats.. the only v-day treat i had today was 3 kisses = 60 calories..they tasted good.. but luckily that was all I had.. I have been bouncing around between 210 and 211 for the last few days.. i just want out of the 200's so bad!! Today I bought the wii fit game since I lost mine and weighed in on the balance board.. i had it on the carpet and it said i was 188.. lol too bad thats off.. then i weighed again on different flooring and it said 208.. so only around 2 -3 lbs off.. i didnt get to walk this weekend .. i felt like crap about it.. but i did have a great work out today.. and my jogging stroller came which thrills me.. plus hubby gets to come home this weekend so we are going to go walk for sure. I hope by the end of next week i can get in the 200's.. no more 210+
