Hey Ladies! I really enjoyed our last 100% group through the holidays, but am struggling now that I don't have somewhere to post daily. I hope to see some familiar and new faces for this challenge! Challenge will run from today 18 Jan-27 April.

Plan on checking in as often as you can. Checking in daily can really keep you on track and/or get you back on track quickly!
Starting weight: 178
Goal weight: 160
Exercise: 4/week, also want to start C25K this month!
Count calories and stay on plan, especially on the weekend, my downfall!

NoMoreKnit, should I leave them both up? Or should we just continue with this one? (It kinda helps me to have a holiday date as a goal, but maybe I should concentrate on getting to my goal weight instead.LOL)
Sounds good to me. Since my husband got home from deployment I haven't been on plan a single day. Feeling like a massive failure. Today is my Day One. I've been completely on plan and got some activity in.
Hey Bella! Glad you found us! It doesn't have to be a certain weight persay. Whatever you want to achieve in these 100 days, working out regularly, a certain calorie limit, etc. I have to say I wasn't 100% the whole hundred days but was happy with 80%.

Diet: counting calories?
So I dont exactly count calories.. I'm in college so I have to eat what's in the caf but I try and make healthy choices like chicken, peas/carrots, spinach, salad. But I dont literally count my calories. Should I start keeping a journal or something? I see a lot of ppl calorie count on here and Im not really sure how to go about it.. how many calories should I shoot for per day?
