Stayed on Track Yesterday!!!! Yay!!!

For breakfast I had an all fruit smoothie and a weight watchers swedish meatball frozen meal. Lunch was a baked chicken breast with avocado salsa and for dinner I had an El Pollo Loco grilled chicken salad w/o tortilla strips and pico. Instead of the creamy dressing I had the avocado salsa.

NoMoreKnit: In the past this site had helped me tremendously with my weight loss. I had lost 80lbs until I got pregnant and gained it all back plus a few. So now this time around it's been a lil harder for me to get healthy cause for some reason a part of me just doesn't care to anymore. I think it's cause I'm being lazy and I know I have to put in a lot of hard work. But coming here helps hold myself accountable and keeps me motivated

rachaelm: I am currently on Weight Watchers. In the past I calorie counted and it worked out great but this time around I need a extra push, shove, and kick so I decided to join and attend WW meetings till I know I am committed to doing it all on my own. Btw, in 2010 calorie counting helped me shed 80 lbs in 7 months. I had a few slip ups but I loved it!

I hope everyone has a great weekend and try to stay on plan

Day 12.. sorry I have been MIA since day 9, but things have been crazy. I did not do an official work out yesterday... but I moved my sectional out of my house by myself... super strength, no clue where it came from.. and cleaned my garage.. hubby left it a mess!!! I lifted the air conditioners with my legs.. usually i do it with my back, and hurt.. but i think i pulled a butt muscle.. been working on stretching it out with my bands all weekend.. i feel like i got a good work out from all those chores.. still non cheating at all... my calorie limit is 1500 but i find myself staying more on the 1200-1300 range.. i know they say diet soda is bad.. but i find myself needing some caffeine once in awhile.. i really enjoy an icey cold coke zero.. im not going to give that up.. i need some motivation to do my weekend 3 mile walk today.. im tired, i would rather just watch movies.. but if i dont i know i will feel defeated.. so i think i will go.. sorry i am rambling.
Tyla - i have been craving a drinkypoo.. lol, but the calories scare me.. i need to hunt down some low cal recipes for some yummy drinks!

Thank you ladies for being such great support!!

Day 13... i managed to get up the energy to go on my walk yesterday... and then play on the playground with the little one... and then chase around her ball with her... we spent 3 hours out playing.. soo much fun! When I woke up and weighed in this morning it said 215.6... yippe! I am finally back to where I was before I started my job... now I just need to get out of the 200's and I will feel sooo much better. Still no cheating.. go me! Anyone else feel fat after eating subway? I eat a 6 inch turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomato, onions, and banana peppers, mayo, and vinegar.. some times i have a slice of provolone.. but i feel like i just ate a house afterwards.. anyone else feel like that? I never thought that I would experience the day where I felt like eating Subway was a "heavy" meal..

I am late to the party but is it OK if I join the bandwagon now??

Today will be Day 1.

My goals are to stay within my calorie limit and get some exercise (even if it is for ten minutes only) each and every day. I plan to increase the exercise as I move along.

Welcome Econ nerd!!!

Congrats Bella!!! That is awesome u r moving on down. When I was around ur weight, Subway used to feel me up. Maybe it's cause of the bread but I haven't had subway in sooo long.

Well, today I went to my Weight Watchers meeting and I lost 4 lbs since last Monday. I was so suprised and happy. Seeing that loss made me more determined and on the first I will finally be able to hit the gym. Can't wait!!!

Welcome Econ! Never too late girl.. i'v noticed even with a little bit of exercise it helps me build up some endurance!! I find myself able to do more than even a few weeks ago.

Sarcruze- Way to go on the 4 lbs! Thats an awesome week.. i have my work out today with the trainer.. i am actually excited... never thought that would happen!

But its day 14 here.. no cheats, i see some of my friends that were all about the weightloss in the beginning dont know y they arent losing weight.. but they still are going to eat fast food.. and not working out.. how do you tell someone nicely that the weight doesn't just come off by itself?

Thanks for the welcome! I stayed within my calorie limit for the day and I did manage to get some exercise in - I used a set of free weights and did some strength training last night while watching TV!

Onwards to Day 2!

Morning Chicks! So glad to be back at work where it's easy to eat light! I keep dancing up and down between 175-179 every durn weekend. I'm not drinking my water, not exercising, and not counting calories and the scale shows it every Tuesday morning! Blechh. I ate out three times in three days, Chili's, Mexican, Pizza. Then try eat small to make up for the night before and then binge at 8 that night because I'm starving! One step forward, two steps back. Sorry ladies, I need to be more accountable to you and myself!

I ams so proud of you ladies that stick with it 7 days a week, look at your results, WOOHOO!! 4lbs is awesome sarcruze!
Tyla and Bella, you are doing awesome too!
Welcome Econ Nerd! WTG on getting your exercise in!

But I do want to add that even though the scale isnt going down, my new pants seem to be getting loose.(Tyla, remember the Target jeans I aimed to get in on the last 100%? They are now loose in the waist!!) So maybe something is happening even though the scale keeps bouncing around. I need to take measurements. Is anyone else measuring weekly?

If we're just counting how long we've personally just been 100% then I've been 100% for 31 days so far

Thx ladies! Losing those 4lbs has helped me this week want to stay on plan.

Nomoreknit: sometimes we have relapses but all u have do is just get right back on plan. Their r healthy meals at Chili's and sometimes at Mexican restaurants but I don't thinks so with pizza. lol!

Econ: Awesome job!!! Keep up the hard work.

Omg: WOW!!! 31 days is fantastic and I hope I can do that. I've had a few slip ups but got back on track.

Bella: Working out with a trainer will help u reach ur goal and give u the tools for success. Good luck! I loved working out with a trainer when I was able to afford one. I'm jealous People can be so sensitive nowadays but I would say to my friend, Girl! eating fast food is not gonna help u bring sexy back unless u r eating at Subway. lol. Lets help each other out! I don't know if that would sound too harsh but I am kinda blunt.

Today went really well. I had an omelette with onions and WW mexican cheese and a 5 oz sirloin tip steak thin cut. For dinner I had more sirloin and a side salad. I was tempted to have a hamburger but I resisted cause my points would've sky rocketed.
