I'm in! I only have a few more pounds to go, but I have added weight training back in, so I expect these last few pounds to take quite a while to come off. Plus, I need motivation to stay on my new fitness plan for several weeks until I get used to it being a habit again.

I am having a little trouble staying out the kitchen. I don't want my weight to go up like it did Thanksgiving because of a 4 day binge I had. I can't believe TOM has came on Halloween, Thanksgiving, and now Christmas. The holidays and TOM hasn't liked me these past couple of months. This one is hard I am very emotional. I have been crying over everything. I hate hormones lol. Well I have gotten off course yesterday and today, but trying really hard to get back on track. I think the reason I didn't gain before or on Christmas is because I done a lot walking and shopping and kept my calories low. Hoping the last two days ain't hurt my weight lost to bad.


I can see a change with only being 16lbs lighter. My face and neck is the first part of me to always get smaller. I want my tummy and butt to get smaller.

I wanted to loose 20lbs by NYE but I plan on working hard and going to try be 30lbs lighter since I started my weight lost journey by Valentine's Day...
~taking it 10lbs at a time...

I'd love to join this challenge. My baby sister is getting married on Feb. 18, and I'm in the wedding party. This challenge would be great timing for me!

I weigh in at WW tomorrow morning, so I'll check back in with my start weight and challenge goal weight then.

Lambie awesome!!! way to go chic! I bet it feels awesome to get to onderland. I haven't been in onderland since I was in middle school so it be nice to finally get back there.

I think everyone has set realistic goals and will be great support for each other. I just finished editing my ticker and I'm estatic because I believe 13 l s is totally doable. Even if I don't make it all the way I know I will make progress in the right direction.

Ya! My goal happens to be a 13 lbs as well! And it is absolutely do-able.

I'm just taking it one day at a time.
