I'm hauling myself through this month one day at a time. With the gluten issue, I've lost about a third of my normal bicycling speed, but I plugged away on some errands anyway.

An hour every day this week, and my back-stuff.

Flourless, my daughter found out she was gluten intolerant a little over a year ago. It's been tough for her, but we are adjusting. How long have you had issues with gluten?

I've managed to get out and run 3x this week, but not on program. It's finals week and I'm taking a break.

Oh, I LOVE Gilad! Had many of his older tapes. Just this one workout was kinda short is all. Felt like it was just starting and it ended plus there were two commercials. Gilad makes me laugh with some of the stuff he says and his w/outs are usually pretty spot on. I'm gonna try some of his other workouts that are On Demand.

Gilad? Is he still around? I remember waking up early in the morning as a child and exercising along with his tv show. That had to be back in the early 80's!

sandcar150 - It's been about 9 years now, I think. Long enough that it's just the way life is now, and I don't think about it much. My husband and daughter are both gluten intolerant too, which I think makes it easier over all.

I was pretty angry/frustrated/sad for the first couple of years, so I hope that her adjustment is easier than mine was.
