I made it to the gym last night, which was pretty great. I'm not sure how feasible that will be in the winter, so I better take advantage of it now.
Monday - 30 min yoga, 30 min walking Tuesday - 30 min yoga, 30 min walking Wednesday- 30 min yoga, 40 min walking, 30 min elliptical, 30 min weights :coffee2: |

Hi, I'd like to join this thread too! I hope to be at goal weight (150ish) by Valentine's day. I'd originally hoped to be there by the end of 2011, but then life got in the way, as it does!

I'll join in!! I've got challenges going through New Year's Day, but I won't be finished then so it will be good to already have something else to work towards.
My starting weight is 206 and my goal will be my 4th 10% loss, down to 172. It's possible that may end up being my final goal, but for now I am still too far away to know how I'll feel at that point. This will likely be a slow day, as I am 30 minutes away from coming off the night shift and going on to my next job. but yoga for sure, and some light aerobics. :coffee2: |

This challenge is PERFECT for me!!! My birthday is the 16th, and the ultimate goal I've set for myself is to reach my final goal weight of 125 before then. I weigh myself daily, but for this challenge I'll record my Tuesday weights.

Losing- that's how it is for me too! Being on plan may actually be enough. Dani - I'm the 13th :) So, I did not make it to the gym last night. My plan is to go tonight instead, and then Friday. Got to get those 2 times in! Today so far - yoga, 20 min. 20 walking later. :coffee2: |

Holding strong at 155.5, still, after a mild binge last night. Went out for dinner and ended up having pasta in a cream sauce, french fries, and cake. Oy. Was so scared to weigh in this morning, but luckily I didn't gain.
