I'll join. I am just getting started again on really losing weight. I think I'd like to be in the 220s by V-Day for sure. I weigh in Wed nights so I'll do those days. :)

I'm just gonna jump in head first here. I just got myself into another challenge for New Years, but I'm thinking the overlap will help me not lose momentum. The other challenge ends on New Years, so this will be good for me I think! My goal by New Years is to lose 23lbs, so I'd like to be 245. From there, I'd like to think I could possibly get another 10-15 pounds gone by Valentine's Day. So for this challenge, my goal is to reach 235-230 pounds! :) I'm a daily weigh-er most of the time, but I'll actually be taking note of my weight on Sundays. I'll jump in to this challenge. Like April I have a challenge going till New Year's and it'll be great to have another goal already in place once that's over.

Went out and ran day one of C25k yesterday, first exercise in.... Well, too long! Sucks to start back at the beginning when I got through the entire program last year, but that's life!

Ugh. I've gone WAY too far in the wrong direction. I've been stress-eating over school :( Back on track! I can DO it!

Had a great week with a 4 lb loss, which is a net of 3.6 below my prior low. I'm going to need a few more really great weeks (plus the rest have to be good) to hit my 172 goal for this challenge but I'm definitely going to keep trying!

I'm gunning for the 205.4 mark because that would be -60 lbs total for me. I'll be happy with any loss, but 3.2 would make my week. Good luck everybody! |
