I'll jump in to this challenge. Like April I have a challenge going till New Year's and it'll be great to have another goal already in place once that's over.
So my goal is 190 by 2/14 Total loss so far= 4.8 lbs 10/23- 212.2 10/30- 210.6 (-1.6) 11/6- 208.6 (-2) 11/13- 207.4 (-1.2) 11/20- 207.3 (-0.1) 11/27- 206.8 (-0.5) 12/4- 207 (+0.2) 12/11- 207.8 (+0.8) 12/18- 12/25- 1/1- Goal 199 1/8- 1/15- 1/22- 1/29- Goal 194 2/5- 2/12- Final 2/14- Goal 190 |
Down just a pound this last week, so I guess it's time to step it up a little bit. I've let myself get a little complacent after a nasty cold swept through my house, which meant a fussy little baby. But now that he's back to sleeping more than a couple hours at a time, I guess I have no excuses!

I've been updating my date/weight list as we go along, but it's been a little sporadic what with a long weekend in the mountains and without a scale and then last week a surprise trip to ROME, my life has been very up and down recently. I've been eating pretty badly due to stressful times at work and I'm getting home really late, so I was surprised to see 160.4 appear on the scale two days in a row. Fingers crossed for tomorrow's official weigh in! Good Luck everyone xx

Hey Ladies!! I'd like to join! I want my goal to be ONEDERLAND for V-day! Wow- that's incredible!! I hope I can do it! That's 18 lbs in 10 weeks! Might be close, but I can't believe I could possibly see that 1 in front of my weight by then! Oooh yay! I'm excited! We can do it!!

I'll finally do this one...I think I can lose some weight by valentines day...I am thinking, 20 lbs in 10 weeks is a decent goal. To weigh under 270 lbs by the end--that would be a great belated birthday present.

I want to be 75 kilos (165 pounds) by V- day! By then I should be back to the weight I was when I was 14... wow. Haven't been there in years! Scary, but good :) I'm in! |
