Day 7 check in!
IF: started eating at 12:30 pm
Exercise: 30 minutes lifting
Food: Good I think! I didn't measure dinner, but soup was really low-cal and I (hopefully) overestimated how much veggie pizza I ate. Still came in around 1200/1300
1 latte
1 c yogurt with 1/2 c strawberries
1/4 c leftover peanut tofu veggie thai curry
20 almonds
~1.5 c homemade broccoli soup
~ 2 slices homemade veggie thin-crust pizza

which is about right for my first week. I expect it to slow down now but not too much--I am going to make sure of that. It feels good to be on track and in the groove.
