September Exercise Challenge
Let's fall into exercise going into autumn in September. The monthly exercise challenge thread begins with stating our goals for the month, and then continues with exercise logs as the month progresses.
State your exercise goals for the month of September here. They will be added to our goal list. When your goal is met, it gets turned RED in celebration! My goal for September is 1300 minutes of exercise.

I'm in! My goals for September will be 100 miles (walked, biked or a combo) and 20 days of exercise.
I'm traveling at present and so won't get started with tracking for the month until I'm home, but I plan to be back in the gym on Sept 5. :) |
I'd love to join-- my September exercise goal is: 16x swimming laps for at least 30 minutes + 8x jog/walk for at least 30 minutes.
