This seems like a cool challenge!! I think I'll join in.
-For September, I'd like to workout a minimum of 4 days each week. -I am also circuit training once a week right now. I can only get through one rotation, I'd like to get up to doing 2 rotations through it. So far, I worked out Thurs, Fri and Sat of last week. This week I worked out Mon, Tues, Wed and Today so far. I plan to workout tomorrow as well! Monday I did the circuit training, but got through one rotation. |
