Mavis - so glad your surgery went well, keeping you in my thoughts and praying for good results

Jeni - hope you're surviving your crazy schedule!

Home from vacation, we had a nice time but it's good to be home at least for a brief time. We're off to Ohio for the weekend and then hopefully back home for good. I'll catch up with personals tomorrow!

Emi, thanks! I am just glad to have it done, although did make the mistake of stepping on the scale this morning. Now, I knew between the trauma and all the crap they pump you full of that I would be bloated, but still! Staying away from the scale til 8/31. Should be able to shed the surgery gain and a couple more to boot by then and I think a big move would inspire more than the .2 I usually see from day to day.

How are the kids? Boys settling in to life with Darcy? How about you, getting any rest?

Jeni, when do the kids go back to school? Soon I think? How are the nights going?

Mindy, a week more for you right? What plan are you doing? Something different?

Kris!!! You said restarting 8/16 so get your butt here and visit with us! We miss you.

Wish for a visit w/Tiara and Shari and the girl from Vermont, can't think of the name but miss all our friends. Summer's winding down, let's make big changes before next summer!

w 100 oz today
e none, lots of stitches, only allowed to walk slowly and not for very long, but I may try to do some biceps curls with very light weights.
e my new plan, 1300 calories of clean non processed foods, focus on fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean protein
d don't overdo

MM- Glad to see you in such good spirits. Wishing you a speedy recovery and well wishes that all turns out well. I am doing Medical Weight Loss, it is very low carbs, lots of fruits, veggies and protein. Not working all that great.

Back to work nest week to organize a bit. The following week is full of mtgs. Kids don't start till after Labor Day. Where did my summer go???

Back at the 181's again. Still waiting for TOM...2 days late so far. This getting old stuff can suck at times. Last month was early by 5 days, now this. It could just stop and then I wouldn't have to wory about it anymore. I really want to be back in the 170's...hopefully after TOM makes an appearance.

Did 4 mile walk/jog yesterday.
Contemplating doing 5 mile today.

Afternoon ladies -

Had my 6 week postpartum appt today, cleared for exercise etc - she checked my abdominal muscles and I have a huge diastasis, you can easily fit 3 fingers across in it, ugh. Getting ready for yet another trip, this time to Ohio for the weekend, another 9 hours in the car tomorrow I'll check in Monday when we're back.

Mavis - The boys are great with her, she sleeps like a champ and is such a good baby. Glad you're doing well, don't worry about the scale, you'll retain water weight for a bit especially if you had lV fluids.

Mindy - I'm with you, where did summer go!?!

Mindy, We always wish you luck! Here's to the 170's!

Emi, enjoy the trip, 9 hours in the car, ugh! But it will be worth it!

Jeni, hope all is well!

Kris, not sure if you jumped back on as of 8/16 as you planned, but if so, come visit and if not, why not today? Miss you!

Michelle??? Where are you!

Where is everybody? Do I have bad breath?

Anyway, quite pleased this morning, first day under 155 since my surgery. I had ballooned, both from too many poor me meals before as well as the IV's and the gas during. Now to get back under 150...

W 100, doing well with this
E Not much, maybe a little stretching and a walk
E Have to stick with food even more when there is no real exercise
D Peace in my heart

TOM has finally arrived, went to weigh-in and went on a little different plan, hoping to drop some poundage here soon.

MM- Yayfor you. Keep up the good work

Those 2 girls who were coming back have been mysteriously absent. You know who you are. Come on in and visit for a while.
