ChickieChicks: A wise friend here has frequently told me - don't stress! Stress can make things worse, and make the weight come off more slowly. I'm certain that being up 2 lbs overnight is nothing more than water weight, and in all likelihood it WILL come off shortly.
How did everyone's weekend go?
Today is the second day in a row that my scale has moved downward, and I'm really hoping this will be the new trend for a few weeks! 5 lbs to go until I get into the 180s, and I'd love to make some significant progress toward that goal this week.
